This is a short review of customer service staff member JOSH his attitude stinks and shouldn't be allowed to work in customer relations in any capacity as a new contract customer I'm allowed help to activate and use new contract but JOSH Vodafone staff member st Stephens shopping centre hull has refused any help unless I pay them £25 and he just sniggered at me and basically said no payment no help I wanted to punch him straight in the face shop is a joke

This afternoon I, along with my Granddaughter visited the Store for HELP. My phone appeared to have been totally taken over by an App. We were greeted by Calib (store manager) He was so helpful and friendly and sorted out the problem in minutes. I will be returning with my husband to hopefully get advice from Calib re phones for the sight impaired. Thank you.
